STK 2059 1938 Ford Deluxe Tudor
This is a very nice, fully restored 1938 Ford Deluxe Tudor. Sitting behind the big ‘Banjo’ steering wheel is a great experience - looking out over the long pointed hood is even better. The current owner has had this Ford for over 8 years. All of the restoration work was completed in 2008 and the car has been well cared for since. The Tudor body is very straight with excellent panel fit. Distinctive dark green paint, applied in 2006, is in very good condition. The interior was completely redone in period-correct tan cloth, looks very original and is in excellent shape. The classic dash sports a full compliment of working gauges. The Ford is powered by a rebuilt (2008) 221ci flathead that runs smooth as silk. Behind the flathead, the 3-speed manual transmission utilizes a factory floor-mounted shifter. Manual drum brakes handle stopping requirements and the 6-volt electrical system performs very well.
