A 1965 Pontiac GTO Hardtop documented by Pontiac Historical Society (PHS) with a numbers matching 389 cubic inch Powerplant, Tri-Power Carburetion, Muncie M-20 4-Speed Transmission, and 3.55 Safe-T-Trac Limited Slip Rear Differential. The interior is original and includes Rally Gauges, Deluxe Steering Wheel, Hurst Shifter, and the original Pontiac AM Radio.
The original paint code Burgundy has been enhanced with Metallic in a Base Coat/Clear Coat process. The period-correct Crager SS Wheels and Goodyear Polyglas Raised White Letter Tires provide a bold look. The vehicles original spare tire remains in the trunk.
The auto was built in May 1965 at the Pontiac Michigan Assembly Facility and shipped to Ohio where in remains.
