A Rare Find—1927 Model T Speedster!
This fully restored 1927 Ford Model T Speedster is truly a work of art that can take you on that road trip you’ve been planning, to the country club or to your favorite restaurant. Red with black upholstery and with all brass-era upgrades. This one will get a lot of attention.
Our Speedster has the tool box mounted on the passenger running board and is complete with a group of open-end wrenches that look to be era-correct. The car is also equipped with an original-style fire extinguisher to complete the 1927 look.
Great Looking
• Paint
The first thing that jumps out about this Model T is the quality of the red finish. The paint is very nice and looks fresh.
The paint is accented by a variety of brass fittings—front and rear kerosene lights, bulb-type horn, hubs, step plates—along with a brass Motometer radiator cap.
• Interior
The interior upholstery is in extremely nice condition and is finished in impeccable black pleated vinyl.The dash surfaces and all of the instruments—including the speedometer--are in excellent cosmetic and working condition as well.
• Engine
The four cylinder engine starts right up and runs as it should. The detailed engine sits in an equally nicely detailed engine bay.
• Transmission
The Model T transmission works properly, moving the car forward and backward with ease.
• Brakes/Wheels/Tires
There are five mounted spoke wheels (one is the spare) with tires that are in good condition. The brakes work properly as does the emergency brake.
An Excellent Example of a Rare Ford Speedster
These Speedsters were the hot rods of the 20’s and this one--the last year for the Model Ts--is a very nice example from that era. They are great fun to take to shows and parades, but are equally at home cruising on a country road. With its special oval windshield you are sure to enjoy the outdoors as you leisurely drive to your destination.
