This car was built in Linden, NJ and ordered and purchased from City Motors, Inc., Bethlehem, PA in March 1969.
This ‘69 442 Olds, is an ALL ORIGINAL SURVIVOR, NOT RESTORED. Car has accumulated less than 20,000 miles. Retains its original factory paint. It is a #’s matching correct car. That’s right, THE ORIGINAL FACTORY BUILT – ONE OF A KIND. Interior is flawless with original front floor mats still in place. Drives excellent. Has the original spare tire in the trunk. The clock does not work, which is very common.
I purchased this car, with the help of my parents, in March of 1969 and it was waiting for me when I got home from the Army. I am the original Owner. Since 1980, this car has only been driven to three local shows a year and except for a three instances of getting caught in the rain coming or going from a show, this car has never seen rain. It has been in a heated garage since new. This car got a 1st Place at the New Hope Show in 1980. It was judged by Oldsmobile Club of America (OCOA) and received a 9 out of 10 rating, which is the highest score one can receive from the OCOA. I've been told that this might be one of a few left of its kind.
Title is clear; have Owner’s manual; protective plate; warranty paperwork; sales brochure; paper envelope from original selling dealer; and broadcast sheet.
Do not miss out on one of the nicest original ‘69 442 survivor – can’t be many all originals left out there!!
