This early production 1987 944 (10/1986), was ordered with M-418 body side moldings, M-425 rear wiper/washer, M-431 4-spoke sport leather steering wheel, M-454 cruise control, M-533 alarm system, M-658 leather front seats, M-946 electric tilt sunroof, and C0-2 49 State Emissions.
Locally owned and serviced since 1989, this 944 has received the best of care...Having it's timing/balance belts and rollers replaced just 1,200 miles ago...frankly, the previous owner deserves an award for the care he has given it over the last 24 years. Not only has it been officiously serviced, with every record on file, its condition is like nothing I have seen in the past 10 years..And I see hundreds of fine Porsches every year!
The list of updates are both desirable... And reversible...The suspension was improved with 16x7 & 8 Design 90 style wheels, with BF Goodrich G-Force T/A's in 225/50 and 245/45 Z rated tires, a front strut brace, Koni sport shocks and struts, sport springs and torsion bars, thicker sway bars, and of course, set up with a proper "sport street" alignment. Its also set up and tuned with an Autothority performance chip, throttle cam kit, K & N filter, and a Supertrapp muffler. Of course, all the suspension/exhaust and stock wheels come along should you ever choose to turn it back into a boring stock 944...
Complete with every book, service record, took kit, plastic gloves, spare, jack, touch up stick, and original brochures.
They don't come any nicer than this one! It's a strong #1 condition car, period.
