This 1974 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 is a true Z28 performance coupe that
combines classic second-generation Camaro styling with strong V8
power and numerous upgrades. Verified by the VIN designation, this
is an authentic Z28 model that has been carefully maintained and
improved over the years, resulting in a car that runs and drives
exceptionally well.
Power comes from a Chevrolet 350 V8 corvette engine paired with a
desirable 4-speed manual transmission. While not the original
engine, the current powerplant features a high-lift camshaft,
high-rise Edelbrock intake manifold, and a new 650 CFM Edelbrock
carburetor. Combined with the performance camshaft and supporting
upgrades, the engine is estimated to produce between 350 and 375
horsepower. Power is delivered through a Posi-Traction rear end,
providing excellent traction and performance.
The interior has been redone and features bucket seats, center
console, floor-mounted shifter, factory-style tachometer, a vintage
Bluetooth radio, and brand-new Rockford Fosgate speakers.
Additional updates include new weather stripping around the doors,
new tires, and refreshed paint that presents very well.
The car is equipped with power steering and power brakes, making it
an enjoyable cruiser while retaining its muscle car character. The
heat and wipers are fully functional, and the vehicle starts
easily, runs strong, and drives great.
