This is a very nice 58 Impala done in its original Tropic Turquoise, sanded and wheeled smooth, all glass is in excellent condition, window stainless and chrome is in excellent condition, chrome window frames are in excellent condition, rear roof vent has been re-chromed, at time of restoration had new weather stripping and window felts, side view mirrors and door handles look like new, accessory fingernail guards, upper fender spears are original in excellent condition, hood "V" and emblem have been replaced, hood bar, fender eyebrows and quarter moldings are in excellent condition; as well as parking light housings, custom tube grill - also have original grill included in sale in excellent condition, original front bumper in very good condition, all body side moldings are original and have been re-polished in excellent condition, original side gills in excellent condition; as well as rocker moldings, has optional fender shirts; also has optional side tailpipe vents, dual rear antennas, factory continental kit, deck lid emblems look like new, rear bumper has been re-chromed.
Factory tri-tone interior which was replaced at time of restoration, dash housing is in excellent condition, all dash trim is original in excellent condition, optional padded dash, optional headlight dimmer and traffic light clamshell, updated with Wonder Bar AM/FM radio; also has front and rear speaker switch, optional vacuum ashtray - which works, optional Kleenex dispenser and map pocket, speedo shows 70,760, headliner and visors in excellent condition, all headliner stainless trim also in excellent condition, front and rear door panels look like new; as well as seat covers, updated with front seat belts, carpet in good condition, deluxe floor mats, sill placed have also been replaced, optional hood and trunk lights.
Under the hood we have the original 348 which has been rebuilt, factory Tri-Power, updated PerTronix ignition, chrome valve covers and air cleaners - also have factory Tri-Power air cleaner, has factory power brakes, power steering, optional windshield glass reservoir, factory heavy duty Harrison radiator with correct shroud and fan, this strong 348 is backed up with its original 2 speed factory power glide trans, factory exhaust manifolds in dual exhaust out the back with stainless tips.
