Sinister yet sexy! Professional custom-built frame off restoration,
C5 Corvette independent front and rear suspension, fuel injected
LS1 engine, plus a 6 speed manual and A/C. Only 120 miles since
completion. Do they even get any better than this?
EXTERIOR: All those curves are sensual! Minimalist approach
deleting all the emblems, and in this case, less is definitely
more. It's just so slick! All metal construction that has a rear
bumper delete and custom roll pan with integrated led taillights.
The two piece hood is now one. The Jet Black paint is laid out with
great detail and polished to a mirror like finish. Looking down the
side of the 100% laser straight body, it has smooth contours and
crisp lines. All brand new trim, bumpers, and even hardware. Brand
new tinted glass with no door vent windows. All the rubber seals,
fuzzy strips and weatherstrips are also new. It has the ideal
stance and is sitting on American made wheels by American Racing.
They are wrapped in performance tires that are size 235/45R20 in
front, and size 315/35R20 in the rear.
INTERIOR: Oh, so fresh! Custom split bench seat feels more like
buckets, they have so much support. The red accent stitching adds
the perfect little pop of color. The door panels have been done to
match and include an armrest plus a handy pouch. The dash is
painted with the same detail as the exterior and has an awesome set
of digital/analog gauges by Dakota Digital. Climate control and air
vents have been neatly incorporated. The 6 speed manual shifter is
extremely easy to use. Brand new pedals and tilt column with a
billet steering wheel. The entire truck also has a custom wiring
harness with a modern fuse panel neatly built into the glove
box.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: The LS powerplant is nicely built with an ASA
Hot Cam, Edelbrock ProFlo 4 EFI, and ITC billet serpentine
accessory drive. It has a very clean presentation with the perfect
blend of modern turnkey reliability and performance. Equipped with
a hydraulic clutch, air conditioning, power steering, and chrome
power brakes, this truck has it all. Everything stays cool thanks
to a huge aluminum radiator and electric fan. The firewall has been
smoothed and all the hoses were run neatly. What a sweet looking
engine bay!
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Custom bed with solid oak wood and stainless
strips. The wheel wells have been mini tubbed. All the paint on the
inside of the bed is done to the same quality as the exterior.
UNDERSIDE: Custom chassis! Full C5 Corvette independent front and
rear suspension plus a seamlessly integrated aluminum subframe.
This thing handles more like a modern sports car than an old farm
truck! Even better, it has BC racing adjustable coilovers front and
rear. 13" disc brakes from a C5 Corvette will easily bring her to a
stop. The fresh exhaust looks like contemporary artwork with
stainless headers, full 2.5" stainless exhaust, and even stainless
steel mufflers. A very practical Tremec T56 6-speed transmission
with a C7 Corvette clutch/flywheel transfers the power to a brand
new DOM tubing driveshaft. It has a gen 5 Camaro rear center
section and 3.55 gears. The floors are solid and rust free with a
fresh look. The frame is spotless with a sweet paint job and
extensive custom bracing.
SERVICE: Our shop manager thoroughly inspected this truck and we
adjusted the belt, and adjusted the wiper linkage. This was a high
end build that was extremely dialed in when we purchased it.
A custom truck that performs like a modern sports car! If that's
