two-door Buick Roadmaster Riviera. Considered one of the most
sophisticated coupes of the day with an abundance of standard
features. Including many luxury items including power windows,
power front seat, electric clock, Foamtex seat cushions, and a
Dynaflow automatic transmission to name a few. This 5th generation
Roadmaster was produced from 1949-1953 initially selling in record
numbers due to its popularity. This 1951 Buick Roadmaster Rivera is
painted in flat black accented with all the chrome you would expect
on a highline car from this era. The tan steel wheels with moon
hubcaps and beauty rings give this Roadmaster a nice nostalgic
look. The two-tone leather interior comes with bench seating
accommodating enough room for six. Modern amenities include Vintage
air conditioning and heat, tilt wheel, seatbelts, power windows,
AM/FM/Cassette/Cd radio, electric door poppers, working electric
clock, and aftermarket oil/ temp gauges. Under the hood of this
beauty is 454 ci V-8 attached to a Turbo 400 three-speed
transmission. An auxiliary electric fan, electric fuel pump,
ceramic headers, front disk power brakes, Camaro front end w/ coil
overs, and a 9" mustang rear end are added features.
