This 1971 Triumph TR6 is presented in the factory correct colors of
Laurel
Green over a New Brown interior, color-matched Laurel Green factory
removable hardtop
and beige folding convertible top. IT'S ALIVE! Acquired this
example in the spring of
2022 from a well known and respected member of the Triumph
community in Ohio
who acquired the TR6 two years prior out of New York state. Upon
our initial
inspection, several performance orientated upgrades were noted,
including an
electronic ignition conversion, twin SU carburetor conversion in
addition to moisture-
resistant DOT 5 brake fluid in the braking system. As this TR6
clearly benefited from
years of meticulous care, we decided to take TR6 up another level
by installing a Toyota
HVDA 5-speed transmission conversion kit. Performance is improved
additionally by a
set of four knock off Minator alloy wheels while redline tires
provide a period touch.
