on consignment, this stunning, wonderfully restored 1965 Volkswagen
Beetle! The restoration on this vehicle was completed using mostly
all original parts that were refurbished to like new condition. To
take a 57 year old car and still be able to retain, repair and
refurbish nearly everything is impressive all on it's own, it's the
pure simplicity of the OEM appearance that makes this car so
special. Powering this gem is the 1600cc Dual Port flat four mated
to the Arizona Transaxle Exchange Freeway Flyer 4 speed manual
transmission fitted with 3:88 ratio ring and pinion, super
differential with a heavy duty side plate. Approximately 500 miles
have been clocked on this rebuilt setup and 4 wheel disc brakes
were installed for added safety and reliability. The exterior is
finished in a gorgeous OEM Zenith Blue with a flattering tan/grey
interior. The whitewall tires and chrome accents bring a touch of
class and nostalgia to the overall appearance and round out a very
