Gateway Classic Cars of Chicago is proud to present this clean 1972
Chevrolet Corvette. Originally equipped with an L48 350 cubic inch
V8, this Corvette has been modified with a replacement 383 cubic
inch V8 rated at 450 horsepower! The original TH-350 3-speed
automatic transmission sits behind the potent powerplant. The rims
have been replaced with a chrome 5-spoke style. The chrome headers
going into side pipes give a nostalgic feel. Pop open the hood and
be amazed with all the chrome that makes this engine look as good
as it runs. Not only does the blueprint engine have a proven track
record of reliability, but thanks to the FiTech fuel injection
conversion, this Corvette starts with ease, no matter what the
weather is. The original cloth interior was swapped out in favor of
leather seats. The dark tinted windows will keep you cool on the
hotter days, and the removable T-tops will make it easy to enjoy
the ideal weather days. This Corvette looks great, has plenty of
power, and will keep you smiling ear to ear every time you get
behind the wheel!
