Gateway Classic Cars of Indianapolis is proud to present this 1957
Chevrolet Panel Truck! Chevrolet replaced their aging Advance
Design with the new Task Force body in 1955. Completely new styling
and options and trim levels gave the Task Force wide market appeal.
One of those trim levels was the Panel Truck. Panels were sister to
the Suburban but without the extra seats. Businesses really like
them for their ample enclosed cargo space. For your consideration
is this sharp '57 model. The two-tone combination of turquoise and
white couple with the beautiful chrome really makes this Chevy
stand out in a crowd. The gray vinyl interior looks sharp and in
good order. The gauges are a nice modern touch, appear to be Dakota
Analog. Per the owner, under the hood is a rebuilt 350ci V8 backed
by a rebuild 2-speed automatic transmission. Only 1,000 miles
elapsed since these rebuilds. Current owner has had her for over 22
years, acquired from a local private owner. All body work was done
by Fettig's Body Shop in Elwood, IN and she is stated to have her
original panels. The title is clean and clear and ready to be
transferred into your name now! These Chevy Panels don't come up
for sale often and when they do they don't tend to hang around.
Don't miss your chance and call us today! Options on this Chevy
include: Vinyl Interior, Tilt Wheel, Seatbelts, and Rally Wheels.
