Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to present this
1977 Datsun 620. Few Japanese pickup trucks have stood the test of
time quite as well as these little Datsun 620's. The 620 was one of
the toughest little trucks out of all of them, it stood tall
alongside the early Hilux as one of the most reliable pickups
around, with simple, tough as nails running gear. This Datsun has
undergone a very extensive restoration (photos will be included) in
2017 including new motor and transmission, painted frame,
suspension work, new exhaust, new interior, and full paint. This
truck is powered by a 1.6Liter inline-four paired with a five-speed
manual transmission. Under the hood has been dressed up with
features such as polished and painted valve covers and air cleaner,
NIKKI Japan carburetor and front disk brakes. The truck was
refinished in bright orange under previous ownership, and equipment
includes quad headlights, chrome bumpers, dual side mirrors with
polished housings and a spray-in bedliner. The look is completed
with a staggered set of polished 20" aluminum alloy Ridler wheels
and are mounted on a newer set of 225/30/ZR20 & 235/45/ZR20 radial
tires. The cabin features a bench seat upholstered in tan cloth
with matching door panels. Interior equipment includes new black
carpeting, lap belts and an upgraded touch screen AM/FM/Bluetooth
Stereo with new speakers and subwoofer. A two-spoke steering wheel
frames a 100-mph speedometer and tachometer, along with auxiliary
gauges that include oil and coolant temperature and fuel level
gauge. If you are looking for a nicely done classic import truck,
this could be the one!
