competition was tough and Packard's lineup was getting a bit long
in the tooth. For 1955 Packard debuted the Caribbean with
innovations like an all new V8 engine and a torsion bar suspension.
With approximately 500 units produced for 1955 the Caribbean
Convertible is one rare wonder. This example is finished in an eye
catching color combo of pink and white. As you walk around the
vehicle you'll notice nice details like the bullet nosed front end,
hood scoops and dual rear ariel antennas. Take a seat inside and
you're greeted by plenty of pizazz with the cushy bench seats
upholstered in the same pink and white combo of the exterior and
the gauges in the dash are set in a snazzy aluminum bezel. Under
the hood is a 352 cubic inch V8 with two 4 barrel carbs and is
paired with a 2 speed automatic transmission. If you're looking for
