Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is proud to present this 1977
Pontiac Grand Prix SJ. General Motors had an instant hit with the
Grand Prix with it's over the top sporty styling and luxury
appointments. The Grand Prix had a great run of 46 years and eight
generations. This fourth generation Grand Prix was produced from
1973-1977. Manufactured as a larger, heavier car with distinctive
features including fixed opera windows and boattail-like rear
decklid. 1977 became the last year for the full-size body Grand
Prix that was set to be dramatically downsized in the 1978 model
year. This 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ is painted in classic tuxedo
black with a matching black padded vinyl quarter top. Accented with
a painted red pinstripe, factory five-spoke rally wheels, and
raised white letter tires. The black vinyl interior is sporty but
luxurious in all the same space. Bucket seats, center console, and
full gauges are truly eye catching to a beautifully appointed
interior. Options including air conditioning, power windows, tilt
steering wheel, cruise control, rear defogger, power trunk release,
and an AM/FM/ 8-track radio are great comfort features. Under the
hood is a 400ci V-8 attached to a three-speed automatic
transmission. This 1977 Pontiac Grand Prix SJ also comes with power
steering and brakes.
