Gateway Classic Cars of Louisville is proud to present this 1941
Chevrolet Special Deluxe Coupe! Moving into the 40s the world was
at war and coming out of the Great Depression. In these troubling
times Chevy needed to introduce a winner into the market. The
Deluxe hit the market in 1941 and would become the volume sales
leader in the era. Even with the civilian manufacturers being shut
down from '42-'46 when America waded into WWII after Pearl Harbor.
The Deluxe would see production until 1952. Here we have a '41
model, first year of the model! Wow what a color. The Teal Metallic
paint has to be one of the sharpest colors I have seen on this
model. It defines the body lines, draws you in and makes you want
to get behind the wheel. Car was painted in 2021 at Cron's Body
Shop. The chrome has a little pitting in a few spots but is still
nice and bright overall. The tan cloth interior goes well with the
exterior color and is in good order. Per the owner, under the hood
is a crate 350ci V8 backed by an automatic transmission. The car
runs, drives and shifts out well! The car was rebuilt in 2008.
Heat, Air, and Stereo was installed in 2014. Current owner has had
her for over 14 years, acquired from a private owner. The title is
clean and clear and ready to be transferred into your name now!
Options on this Chevy include: A/C, Power Steering, Power Brakes,
Cloth Interior, AM/FM Radio, Seat Belts, Tilt Wheel, Aluminum
Wheels, and Radial Tires. This 1941 Chevrolet Special Deluxe Coupe
is offered by our Louisville Showroom and can be seen in greater
detail including 100+ HD pictures and an HD video at
