Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 24th year in the
classic and muscle car business. Chevrolet's C/K series of trucks,
particularly the half-ton C10's, are credited by many as being the
forerunners of the modern pickup. The C10's combination of an
independent front suspension mated to a trailing arm/coil sprung
rear provided the C10 with a vastly superior ride compared to its
competition. The series also introduced numerous comfort and
convenience features that were previously unavailable on trucks,
thus paving the way for today's 'cowboy Cadillacs'. Our sweet '66
C10 is a fine example of these desirable trucks, offering classic
styling supplemented with the increased safety and comfort provided
by some tasteful upgrades. Lift the hood and you'll find a fresh
327 V8 that's been balanced and fortified with a COMP Cams
hydraulic roller cam and lifters, period 'double hump' heads and
Winters foundry aluminum intake manifold, Holley carburetor, MSD,
an aluminum radiator, and 7-fin Corvette aluminum valve covers.
Additional features include power steering, hydro-boost assisted
power 4-wheel disc brakes with drilled and slotted rotors,
automatic transmission with Lokar shifter, Vintage Air A/C,
beautiful wood bed, Full-View rear window, full instrumentation, a
newer sound system, front and rear stabilizer bars, and 20 Coys
wheels wrapped with high performance tires (245/45ZR20 F,
275/45ZR20 R). This beauty is fun and comfortable to drive as it
sparkles in the sun with good paint, glass, trim, and bumpers.
