Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to present this
clean 2003 Porsche 911 in white on blue. The Porsche 911 is a
timeless automobile famous for its elegant body lines and
rear-engine configuration. When introduced in the late nineties,
the Type 996 was most noted for switching out the 911's air-cooled
motor in favor of an upgraded water-cooled 6 cylinder. This was a
bold move for Porsche but it proved successful as the 911 still
remains in production as one of the greatest exotic sports cars.
The Type 996 also received significant cosmetic changes such as the
redesigned flattened headlamps- though it kept the iconic 911 shape
that enthusiasts continue to praise. This 911 Carrera (or
Cabriolet) is in real nice shape, and is a blast to drive. The
convertible top raises and lowers automatically and hides itself
under a storage lid that raises on its own as well. Super easy. The
white exterior is very pretty and goes great with that blue
interior. There are two foldable seats in the rear, all of which
are looking great. Head over to the very back of the car, lift the
rear lid and you're presented with the 911's beautiful 3.2 liter 6
cylinder engine compartment. Man does it sound nice! Tons of power
with minimal displacement. Paired to a smooth 6-speed manual
transmission, this 911 just has all the right specs!
