and a power-sliding rear window.A leather-wrapped steering wheel
frames Saleen-branded instrumentation including a 120-mph
speedometer, a 7k-rpm tachometer, and auxiliary gauges for fuel
level, coolant temperature, voltage, and oil pressure. Two
additional gauges mounted atop the dashboard display the
supercharger's air temperature and boost level. The digital
odometer indicates 9k miles.The 5.4-liter V8 has been modified by
Saleen with a 2.3L screw-type supercharger, an air-to-water
intercooler, 39 lb/hr fuel injectors, a high-flow air inlet tube,
and a "Powerflash" performance calibration. Saleen rated the engine
at 450 horsepower and 500 lb-ft of torque, which is sent to the
rear wheels through a four-speed 4R75E automatic transmission. You
