Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is very proud to present
this 2004 Chevrolet Corvette finished in Torch Red with tan leather
interior. For the past 50 years, the Corvette has been America's
sports car, a U.S. production two-seater capable of real racetrack
performance. The Corvette continues to be a popular option because
it has always represented a performance value. The C5 does this in
a big way, boasting performance and handling matched only by the
Dodge Viper, Porsche 911 and various exotics, all of which are far
more expensive. Under the hood is the very reliable 5.7Liter LS1
V-8 that is mated to a 4-speed automatic 4L60E transmission.
Standard equipment in the C5 includes dual-zone climate controls,
fog lamps, leather 6-way power sport seats, four-wheel-disc brakes
with ABS, a heads-up driver information center, remote keyless
entry, stainless steel exhaust with chromed quad outlets, pop-up
headlights and traction control with Active Handling. Cray Manta
wheels done in Hyper Silver with the mirror polished lip sit nicely
in 275/30zr19s in the front and 305/30zr20s in the rear. What makes
this 'Vette stand out from the others is the custom sound system. A
set of Xion Amplifiers power two hand built Digital Design Redline
subwoofers make sure you are heard and a JVC Bluetooth touchscreen
radio controls all the sound. The sound quality of these Subwoofers
is just amazing, nice crisp clear lows and that nice punch that 10
Subwoofers are known for. The leather-wrapped power-telescoping
steering wheel frames a 200-mph speedometer, a tachometer with a
6k-rpm redline, a heads-up display and gauges for coolant
temperature, oil pressure, battery voltage and fuel level. If
you're looking for supercar performance at a fraction of the price,
this is the one you want to own.
