Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is excited to present this
hot 1970 Pontiac GTO Judge in red on black with yellow accents.
Dubbed the first muscle car, the Pontiac GTO is an American icon.
And the short lived Judge trim is THE GTO that everyone is crazy
for. The 1970 GTO is part of the second generation GTO (1968-1972),
and can be spotted apart from a '69 with the removal of the hidden
headlights- replaced with four exposed round headlamps. Both the
'69 and '70 model years are most famous for their Judge package,
which included the Ram Air hood scoops and engine, striking
exterior decals, and performance upgrades. This Judge is in
incredible shape. The red paint and yellow Judge decals make it
quite a head-turner. According to the owner, the car is believed to
have been repainted about 18 years ago. 2 stripes on both sides of
the car, and "THE JUDGE" decals on the rear and both front side
panels. The decals are reflective against white light, a very cool
touch. And inside too this car is clean! The interior looks great
with its wooden panels and turned-aluminum dash. The current owner
states that they preformed a restoration on the interior, brakes,
glass, and the cooling system. This car is a beast, with one of the
meanest V8 engines out there. The 400 CID Ram Air III. Paired to a
TH400 Turbo-Hydramatic automatic transmission. Both the engine and
transmission have been rebuilt. This Judge runs great, and is a
must-have to any true muscle car collection.
