Gateway Classic Cars Milwaukee is proud to present this 1970
Pontiac GTO "Judge" clone. The Pontiac Lemans was marketed from
1961 to 1981 and the GTO name plate started life as an upgrade trim
package on the Lemans. Eventually becoming a stand-alone model in
1963 for the 1964 model year. This 1970 GTO is considered a
third-generation model which ran from 1968-1972. Considered by many
to be the poster child starting what has become the muscle car
segment. As it was offered with a 400 or 455 V-8 and a choice of
either a manual or automatic transmission. In 1968 the GTO was
recognized as Motor Trends Car of the Year. This 1970 Pontiac GTO
is painted in Polar White accented with colorful "Judge" clone
graphics. Custom 18" five-spoke alloy wheels w/ raised white letter
tires, rear spoiler and a Ram Air vented hood add to the aggressive
good looks on this GTO. The black vinyl interior sports bucket
seats, center console, Hurst shifter, AM/FM radio, and a rally
gauge cluster. Under the hood is a 400 cubic inch 4BL V-8 attached
to a four-speed manual transmission. Power steering and power front
disk brakes make for an enjoyable driving machine.
