A/R Tudor Sedan. The Ford Motor Company finding the Model T sales
starting to lack decided to start design of a new car the Model A.
The designers started from the ground up and did not use any common
designs from the Model T. Some of the new design features were, a
longer and lower body which allowed for more room in the interior
and also made it easier to get in and out of the car. The engine
was from the Model T; however it was more refined and produced more
power then was mated with the 3 speed non-sequential transmission
with reverse gear.All steel, gorgeous body, and fenders with very
nice paint in the correct colors of light Arabian sand, copra drab
belt with orange stripe which matches the orange wheels, whitewall
tires make this one eye catching car. The nice and period correct
interior and seat upholstery with the addition of the throw pillows
in the back seat are a nice regal touch.This car has many A/R
features including, left hand emergency brake, red steering wheel,
drum taillight, Ford script bumper clamps, correct A/R water pump,
two blade fan with shroud, correct flat splash aprons, non-script
headlight buckets and cadmium plated lug nuts. This is truly a rare
find and a solid piece of American history. Starts great, runs
strong and stops wonderfully. Ready for car shows and tootling down
