Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of Fort Lauderdale is very happy to present
this outstanding, low-mile 2008 Ford Mustang GT California Special,
in Burgundy & black on gray. It was built September 18, 2007, is
#240 of the 700 in Dark Candy Apple Red, and one of only 227 with
the black top and dove interior. Priced a new Mustang GT
Convertible lately? Well-equipped ones easily cross $50,000. Here
is a fine-looking 5th generation Mustang GT drop top- a collectible
one at that... with just over 11,000 miles on it, and it looks new.
Absolutely gorgeous car and color combination. Outside, the rich
burgundy paint has a deep, rich, smooth shine, and the black
automatic convertible top looks fresh- everything you would expect
in an honest, well-cared for low mile car. Ford's powerful 4.6
Liter V8 roars to life and has a terrific exhaust note, telling
everyone this pretty Mustang has a serious, competitor side to it.
The 5-speed manual is the way to go with these, and this one just
happens to have one. The modular 4.6 liter V8 uses a single
overhead-cam and 3 valves per cylinder. It will run fine on 87
octane fuel and is rated at 300 horsepower at 5750 rpm, and 320
foot pounds of torque at 4500 rpm. Honest horsepower and torque
that will put a smile on your face! The inside of this car looks
fresh, as it should given the pedigree, and won't disappoint. The
car looks sporty and classic with the top down, and menacing with
it up- but either way, it packs a punch and is a lot of fun to
drive. It is very well equipped, and the Carol Shelby floormats are
a nice tribute to the legend himself. Options include the interior
upgrade package, active anti-theft, wheel locking kit, 3:55-1
limited slip rear, comfort group, the California Special package,
and GT appearance package. Before you buy a new one (and then take
the hit on the depreciation), give this gorgeous Mustang
COLLECTIBLE with a clean CarFax a close look- we suspect if you do,
you will fall in love! Comes with the original window sticker, Ford
Certificate of Authenticity,
