STK 3260 2007 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500
When Ford's SVT group entered into a new business relationship with
Carroll Shelby in 2006 the result was the next generation Shelby
Mustang. The 2007 Mustang Shelby GT500 provided performance that
was unmatched by any previous Ford Mustang This 3-owner 2007 Shelby
GT500 has been very carefully maintained. Just over 8,100 GT500
coupes were produced for the 2007 model year. Of these, only 297
were optioned with the 'Red Stripe Appearance Package' - this is
#31. The original Performance White exterior, accented by the GT
stripes, is in excellent condition. Wheels are staggered 20" Shelby
America Super Snake chrome alloys (9"f/10"r width) that mount Nitto
Invo Performance radials. Accents include raised aluminum hood,
side scoops, rear spoiler and carbon fiber hood vents/rear
splashguards. The factory black/red leather interior is in
excellent condition with a host of safety and convenience features
including A/C, leather seats w/Shelby embroidery, 6-way power
driver seat, power tinted windows, tilt wheel and cruise. There is
also an anti-theft alarm system, front/side airbags, power locks,
keyless entry and Shaker 500 AM/FM/MP3/CD 6Xchanger sound system
w/satellite and Navigation. (The original window sticker, CarFax
Report, AutoChek Report and a car cover are also included.)
The Shelby GT500 is powered by Ford's SVT 5.4L DOHC supercharged V8
that produces 500bhp and 480 lb/ft of torque in stock trim. The
owner has installed a multitude of upgrades to the powertrain
including:
• Modified Eaton TVS Supercharger from 2014 5.8L Shelby GT500
• Ford Racing 123mm Throttle Body
• Performance Injectors
• JLT air intake system
• Kooks stainless tube headers
• Corsa stainless exhaust system
• DynoTech driveshaft
Extensive documentation has been provided for the work done as well
as a ProDyno sheet that graphs over 730bhp on 93-octane fuel.
The 5.4L is backed by a Tremec TR6060 6-speed manual transmission,
twin disc clutch, Shelby shifter and traction control differential
with 3.31:1 gears. The chassis is equipped with factory ABS 4-wheel
power disc brakes (Brembo front). Suspension components include
MacPherson front struts, Hotchkins 2" lowering package, HD front
stabilizer bar, shock tower support, solid rear axle w/multi-link
suspension, panhard bar and HD rear stabilizer bar. This is a
Mustang Shelby GT500 to drive and enjoy - but hang on tight. ALL
