Car.Power comes from a replacement 2.8-liter inline-six paired with
a four-speed manual transmission, and equipment includes 14 steel
wheels with hubcaps, power-assisted front disc brakes, twin SU
carburetors, chrome bumpers with overriders, a power antenna, air
conditioning, and a Hitachi push-button radio. The exterior was
refinished and the interior was reupholstered in 2018, and work in
preparation for the sale included re-coring the radiator,
recharging the air conditioning, refinishing the wheels, hubcaps,
and trim, and replacing the valve cover gasket, oil pressure
sender, fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, hoses, fuel filter,
tires, driver's door seal, front marker lights, and shift knob.
This 240Z is now offered by the selling dealer with a tool kit and
jack, a repair manual, manufacturer's literature, a warranty card,
partial service records, and a clean Oklahoma title.Black-finished
14 steel wheels wear Datsun-branded hubcaps and are mounted with
185/70 Hankook Kinergy ST tires that were mounted in 2022.
Additional work included refinishing the wheels and hubcaps.
Braking is handled by power-assisted front discs and finned rear
drums.The cockpit is equipped with high-back bucket seats that were
reupholstered in black in 2018. Appointments include Frigette air
conditioning, a wooden shift knob, hand-crank windows, an analog
clock, a heater and defroster, and a Hitachi push-button radio.
Service in 2022 included refurbishing the clock and the defroster,
headlight, and turn signal switches as well as replacing the shift
knob and recharging the air conditioning.The replacement 2.8-liter
L28 inline-six was installed in April 1996, and it is equipped with
twin SU carburetors. The three-row radiator was re-cored in August
2022, and additional service in 2022 included resealing the valve
cover, changing the oil, flushing the coolant, and replacing the
oil pressure switch, fuel pump, water pump, thermostat, coolant and
vacuum hoses, and a fuel filter.This vehicle is also eligible for
