Here we have a 1973 Ford Mustang Convertible for sale. This is
beautiful drop top Mustang that has been very well cared for. The

driveline of this Ford but first we would like to tell you a little

We will start off with the exterior of this Mustang. The body on it
is one of the best that we've ever seen. It has excellent fit of
all the panels with all the gaps being even and symmetrical. Both
the doors, hood, and trunk all open and close with ease. We can
also see that it has great fit of all the glass and that the seals
and weather stripping are all in excellent condition as well. This
body is showcased by the Bright Red Paint that has been polished to
a beautiful finish that's slick as a ribbon. It's accented by the
White Convertible top with the solid back window that goes up and
down with ease. Also, it has the white boot as well for when the
top is down. Up front it has the painted bumper that it's in great
condition with the bumper out back being chrome and having a
brilliant finish. This '73 has the rocker molding and the wheel
opening molding. To finish off the exterior it's sitting on at set
of 14" Magnum 500 Wheels with White Wall Tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this Convertible. On the
inside it's done in the factory optioned white with bucket seats
that flows perfectly with the exterior color combo. The door panels
are in great condition and offer the wood grain accents and lower
carpet accents. All the hardware is in great shape, and it comes
with the driver outside remote mirror. The seat covers are done in
the vinyl with knitted cloth inserts and we can see that they are
all in great condition along with the padding and springs. Looking
at the dash its easy to see how well it's been cared for. The pad
looks excellent along with all the trim and glove box. It has the
factory style radio along with being equipped with Factory Air
Conditioning. All the gauges are beautiful and are working as they
should along with the lights, wipers, and signals. Inside the trunk
is all rock solid from the jam to the pan. The weather stripping is
also very nice, and we can see that it has the factory spare and
jack.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Ford. Under the hood
it's powered by the original matching numbers 351 2 Barrel engine
that look s as close to stock as you could ask for. It's dressed
out with the factory painted valve covers along with the factory
air cleaner. You'll notice that the firewall and inner fenders all
look to be original and are rock solid as well. Along with being
equipped with the factory air conditioning it's also set up with
Power Steering and Power Brakes that feature Disc on the front and
Drums out back. The 351 is mated to the original C6 Automatic
Transmission and original 9" Rear End with 2.75 Gears. When we look
under this Mustang you are sure to appreciate how solid everything
is. It features all the original floor pans and the frame shows no
signs of abuse. This could easily be one of the nicest original
convertibles we've ever seen. All the front suspension is in great
condition along with the rear leaf springs. On the highway this
Mustang runs out great as it handles with ease and is a pleasure to
cruise. You couldn't ask for a better drop top Mustang to take out
and enjoy.
