Vehicle Description
This 1973 Ford Bronco 4x4 has enhanced V8 power, a proper 4x4
style, and a rugged attitude that comes from investments in the
right extras. It makes for a classic SUV that has the potential to
be everything from a fun hunting truck to a great base for your
dream restoration.
The first impression tells you a lot about this Bronco. It takes
its correct orange and resprayed it with a fun/funky tiger stripe
style. And in a world where some of these classic SUVs are restored
to be on-road glam machines, this one doesn't take its classic
status so seriously that you'd hesitate to blaze a new train in an
instant. And there's plenty of added ruggedness in the upgraded
off-road features. It's a well-coordinated black with the brush
guard front bumper, flared fenders, diamond plate rockers, rear
bumper with a tow hitch, and removable soft top. And as you look at
everything from the quite complete trim to the nice body, you also
see this can be a solid base for the ultimate Bronco you've always
wanted to build.
There's more orange and black inside. Just like the exterior, this
gets the fundamentals right, and there's a lot of potential to
personalize it for an ideal package. And as you look through
everything, you can see it's already set up with some handy
upgrades. The modern high-back front bucket seats have nice
bolstering to be particularly comfortable, and the upgraded power
outlet now lets you plug in your phone directly to USB. There are
also nice details that can come with the sale if you like,
including a lockbox center console and a removable hardtop. And
this already has an Xtreme six-point roll cage upgrade. There are
also good driver enhancements already in place, like the Grant GT
steering wheel, an upgraded tilt column, and an auxiliary gauge
trio.
Under the hood is proper Ford power. The 302 cubic-inch V8 is a
great motor to have, and this one is built for added power with
Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, an Edelbrock performer intake,
and ceramic-coated headers feeding into the rumbling dual exhaust.
You'll also spot the right supporting components, including Ford
Racing valve covers, an MSD Blaster 2 coil, a billet distributor, a
Hughes Performance trans pan, and an aluminum radiator with a large
electric fan. The three-speed automatic transmission, power
steering, power brakes, and discs up front are great for rolling
through town or getting you out of the muddy stuff. And speaking of
the trails, the two-speed 4x4 transfer case combines with newer
suspension investments like James Duff 3.5-inch lift kit, newer
dual shocks, professionally welded spring hoops, a newer track bar,
and a strong stabilizer bar. It makes for an enhanced off-road
package.
This is the classic Bronco that has nice enhancements for off-road
fun right now, and the fundamentals are right to be the foundation
for your dream first-gen classic. So no matter your plans, we bet
this Ford is where you want to be now. Call today!!!
