Vehicle Description
This here is one smooth cruiser. Coyote Classics is more than happy
to present this 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible for your
consideration! This '68 has plenty of options that make it a
desirable cruiser, with a power top, an automatic transmission and
reliable V8 power. 1968 was also the second year of the Mustang's
first major restyling, receiving concave taillights, side scoops,
square rear-view mirrors, chrome ornamentation, and new bodylines.
Keeping to that new, bold restyling is this Mustang's powerplant.
Powered by a Ford 289 C.I. V8 paired to a 2-barrel carburetor, this
Mustang isn't hurting for ample cruisability. Torque from the 289
gets to the Ford 9" rear end through a 3-speed automatic
transmission that shifts effortlessly and seamlessly. This Mustang
also has a great color combination, with "Royal Maroon" paint and a
black vinyl top that go together like peanut butter and jelly. In
addition, this sleek convertible's body is nice and straight. The
light gold and woodgrain interior go with the paint scheme, and the
vinyl bucket seats are very comfortable. This Ford also has the
added convenience of air conditioning, ensuring the driver doesn't
get too hot or too cold. Fitted with a variety of options, this '68
has power steering, power brakes, factory air conditioning, an
updated vintage-style AM/FM digital radio, factory gauges, a power
convertible top, a remote driver's-side mirror, vent windows, and a
nice-sounding dual exhaust system. The car rides on some
great-looking chrome Mustang wheels on top of B.F. Goodrich RWL
tires for that classic Mustang look. Right now, this '68 Ford is
sitting in our showroom just waiting for the chance to see the road
again. We think you'd look pretty good sitting behind the
wheel.
