Gateway classic cars of Nashville is please to digitally present to
you this 2020 Exomotive Exocet. Ok sometimes you just have to
imagine the discussion behind a project, so here is my idea of the
pitch for the Exocet. Ok, so we weld a couple of lightweight tubes
together, just enough to hang suspension on and bolt a drivetrain
in. ok, sounds good but what drivetrain? How about a Mazda MX-5 4
cylinder? Great! Let's do it! Then the quiet man in the back of the
room with grease under his fingernails says, why not an LS? Sure,
what could be better than 400 horsepower in a 1,400 pound
chassis/car? This Machine is incredible, LS 1 5.7 liter with LS 6
intake and a set of tri-Y headers and Holley EFI send the power to
the T-56 6 speed manual that is equipped with sequential shifter.
The power leaves the T 56 and is routed to the rear tires via a
Getrag fully independent rear. Fox coil overs, wildwood calipers
and two-piece rotors as well as Nitto 315/35/ZR17 on all four
corners. Kirkey racing seats hold you in the car, so to speak, and
racequip harness hold you in the seat as this is one car that can
perform beyond a regular seat belt. This car is exciting to drive!
Throttle response is immediate and quickens the pulse as the rear
Nitto's scream. Corners are defeated with the slightest turn of the
steering wheel and the brakes bring the ride to an abrupt stop.
This car rocks! If you are looking for leather interior, AM/FM CD
with Bluetooth and GPS, heated steering wheels and champagne
chiller, why are you looking at this car? But if you are looking
for a car that makes you feel alive and appreciate the wind in your
face, stop looking and start calling. Options for this 2020 Exocet
include: Power steering, Cloth covered racing seats, Ally rims and
performance tires. Sale held pursuant to permit No. 19289 of
department of licenses granted the 14th day of August 2015.
