Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to offer this super-rare
1947 Pontiac Woody Wagon for sale. This Pontiac Woody has had a
frame-on restoration. The craftsmanship of the woodwork is
absolutely stunning! The paint is finished in a dark blue with
matching fender skirts and a vinyl material covering the top. The
interior includes well sorted 3-row brown leather seats. Much of
the wood is original and the dash includes a Jaegar clock in
working condition. The wheels are painted in matching blue with
nice stainless trim rings and hubcaps with Diamondback wide
whitewall tires. Under the hood lies a very smooth Inline
(straight) 8-cylinder engine backed by the original 3-speed column
shift transmission. The Pontiac has been upgraded to a 12-volt
system simply to improve the starting and lights. The car has also
been upgraded to power steering. The wiring has been replaced, as
well as a clutch, stainless steel brake lines, and replaced
radiator. These Pontiac Woody Wagon's are extremely hard to find
and rarely available for sale. Bring your vintage surfboard because
the car includes a '60's era matching wood surfboard rack that
mounts on top as well! This 1947 Pontiac Woody Wagon is for sale by
our Atlanta Showroom and can be seen in greater detail including
100+ HD pictures and an HD video at www.GatewayClassicCars.com. For
