BODY OVERVIEW: Introduced in the heyday of manufacturers issuing
retrospective models, the Plymouth Prowler was a limited production
model that was only available for 5 years and saw only 11,702 leave
the factory during that time. The body on this particular example
is clean and straight exactly as an incredible time-capsule example
like this should be. Designed by Chip Foose, the Prowlers have an
eye-catching and unique look!
PAINT CONDITION OVERVIEW: Purple metallic is the only color that
was available in 1997 and this Prowler is one of only 457
constructed for the introductory year. The paint today shows
extremely well and is in fantastic original condition.
INTERIOR CONDITION OVERVIEW: The interior is showroom condition,
showing hardly any signs of use and no signs of damage. Prowlers
were well equipped from factory and this one is no different. Sit
behind the wheel and you'll see just how well equipped they are:
Power steering, power brakes, a leather interior, cruise control,
air conditioning, AM/FM/Cassette stereo system, power windows,
tachometer, and much more. The original condition of the interior
is amazing!
MECHANICAL OVERVIEW: The 1997 Prowler came equipped with the
Chrysler 3.5L V6 engine that produced 214 horsepower, which is
plenty adequate for a lightweight car like this. Today the 3.5L V6
acts just the way you would expect it to when it was new. It fires
up easy, sounds great and is ready for the open road. A 4-speed
automatic transmission ensures that you can cruise easily at 70mph.
Stopping power comes courtesy of the 4-wheel power disc brakes.
WHAT YOU'LL LOVE ABOUT THIS CAR: You can't beat the look of a
Prowler and few cars can replicate the feeling that a Prowler gives
you with the top down and cruising at highway speeds. Plus, it's
hard to find one in this condition with only one owner since new
that also includes the matching trailer.
WHAT YOU MIGHT HATE ABOUT THIS CAR: The inside of the trailer was
sprayed with bedliner in lieu of the original carpeted finish.

commercial carriers most of which can deliver the vehicle to your
driveway. We assume no responsibility for damages or delays
incurred once a vehicle is in a shipper's custody.
Because we advertise each vehicle with so many third-party
affiliates, it is the customer's sole responsibility to verify the
accuracy of the price with the dealer. All advertised prices
exclude local, state, government fees and taxes and dealer
documentation fee. Pricing is subject to change without notice. A
dealer documentation fee of $250 will be added to the purchase
price at the time of sale.

Our preferred and most secure form of payment is a bank wire
transfer. We can accept checks, but note that any form of a check
will have a minimum hold of 10 business days. This includes
cashier's checks, certified checks, or bank checks of any kind. For
cash received in the amount of $10,000 or more, we will complete an
IRS Form 8300. We can not accept any credit card as payment or
partial payment for a vehicle under any circumstance.
