Vehicle Description
1970 Plymouth Cuda HEMI (#1058) Blended with some hellcat DNA PRO
TOURING HEMI 6.1 LITER! 1970 Plymouth Barracuda Restomod, 'Cuda
Tribute. Modern 6.1L Hemi, 6-speed manual Tremec Magnum, Vintage
Air A/C, rack and pinion powersteering, Hotchkiss frame and
suspension package, much more below! Brand new rims and tires. This
is a genuine FJ5 car. Early on it was given a shortened rear end,
and mild tub adjustment to fit larger tires and shorter axel. The
fatter tires hookup really well. The rear end adjustment was
perfect for what was to come. In 2015 it received a massive upgrade
and restoration. It is now a fire breathing, mean 6.1 Hemi AAR
'Cuda Clone. The entire car has received many expensive upgrades
(especially the engine and driveline). This is now a touring cross
country-capable muscle car with modern amenities and insane
performance. It had 43,000 miles at the time of its restoration. It
has since had about 5,500 miles put on it. This car has an
estimated 500hp (hasn't been Dyno tested). The expensive Hotchkiss
frame and suspension upgrade build ensures this car (and you) can
handle that power.Giving the car an original AAR appearance was a
painstaking process. Great attention was paid to detail and
accuracy. The strobe stripes look amazing, correct data plate under
the hood (original is included with paperwork). Many more fine
details across the outside and interior make this car look like an
original Hemi 'Cuda. It is a well-done work of art. The headers,
engine upgrades, and side exhaust make this beast roar! This car
has very aggressive gearing and insane HP. Like a thoroughbred
racehorse champing at the bit, it wants to jump off the line. The
power takes a little to get used to, but holy crap is this car fun!
You buy a car like this because of the iconic nature and passion
you have for classic Mopar. This definitely scratches that itch.
Driving this car is flattering. Everyone drops their jaw, gives you
a thumbs up, takes pictures, or videos of the car. Of course that's
not the reason you want to own one of these but, it is fun watching
so many people enjoy it. This car makes a lot of people smile. Very
few cars get that big of a reaction! The previous owner had all
this work and restoration done. I have his receipts and records
from the build. As with any 50-year-old car, there will be
additional maintenance over time anda few quirks. I want to make
sure you have reasonable expectations. Don't ge tme wrong, this car
is amazing, gine: Built 6.1 Hemi motor with 28,000 miles sourced
