extra sharp 2005 Chevrolet SSR (Super Sport Roadster) in bright
yellow on black. This may very well be the coolest looking one we
have ever offered!This is one mighty fine looking Lansing,
Michigan-built Chevrolet folks. I mean, take a look at this thing-
a tribute to the 40's & 50's trucks as if one from back then was
resto-modded into the aggressive looking, sweet machine you see
here. Only on this car, it came like you see it from the factory...
a 4 year limited run by Chevrolet from 2003-2006!Early SSR's came
with a decent 300 horse 5.3 V8. But by 2005, the mighty LS2 V8 6.0
liter was fitted, with a very respectable 390 horsepower, and is
connected to the 4L65E automatic overdrive transmission. And when
you peek at it under hood, you'll appreciate the factory built
aspect over a lesser built restomod. It's pretty neat that
Chevrolet and GM even built this car knowing it would be taking a
chance. But it is good they did because not only is it cool, it
makes a nice daily driver, work truck, or show car. The exterior
looks new, with high-end hand painted pinstripes that compliment
the uniqueness of the vehicle. All signs of a loving owner and
great care. The stance? Pretty killer, another indication it is no
slouch. The bed features a nice hard cover and tailgate, along with
two side storage features inside. The inside looks factory fresh as
well, and is very comfortable with a long list of safety,
convenience, and power options. SSR's must be part of the Autobot
family; throw one switch and the retractable hard top shifts into
action. It is nothing short of an engineering marvel for sure. Make
no mistake about it, this tough-looking Chevrolet is a great choice
for those who want a unique, eye-catching piece. The low miles help
assure many years of enjoyment ahead. We suspect someone will snap
