The 1941 Ford F1 Pickup Street Rod we have here at Adventure
Classics features a fender-less look with the iconic front grille,
black paint scheme, and small block Chevy engine with the open
engine compartment showcasing the chrome headers.
Our 1941 Ford pickup combines the custom bed, well-built small
block and an automatic transmission and it makes for a powerful
head-turning custom that also has plenty of vintage appeal.
Engine & Drivetrain
The engine compartment features a modified Chevrolet 327 cubic-inch
V8 engine with a lot of additions on it. It has a Edelbrock
four-barrel carburetor, an aluminum intake, H.D. alternator, chrome
roadster type tube headers, finned aluminum open element air
cleaner and valve covers, air conditioning, and HEI type
distributor.
The chassis has a Mustang Two front end rack and pinion setup on it
with a C4 Corvette rear suspension so it can really handle and
drive or cruise on any street or highway.
It has great power for cruising and rides on fabulous grey flat
spoke mag wheels and chrome spoke wheels and big and little black
sidewall performance tires.
Interior
The interior features a full bench seat in a plush like tweed cloth
upholstery that is very comfortable, black rubber floor mat, chrome
automatic shifter on the floor, air conditioning, black sports
steering wheel on a chrome tilt column, grey seatbelts, and an
awesome dash with Bosch aftermarket gauges and a tachometer.
Exterior
Black paint is a timeless it makes our 1941 into a sweet looking
hot street rod that is accented by the chrome headlights, mirrors,
and headers.
But even with all these upgrades, nothing beats the look of real
wood on the truck bed floor too.
