This 1931 Ford Model A is a Tudor Deluxe that was completely
restored around 4-5 years ago. Since being restored it was driven
only on nice days and always stored indoors. It is a beautiful
vehicle that runs and drives as nice as it looks. The Deluxe Model
came with options like the cowl lights, 2-tone paint, premium
moleskin fabric, mahogany wood trim. deluxe interior hardware,
adjustable drivers seat, pillar straps, rear arm rests, and rear
window curtain.
The body on this Model A is all steel and is really clean and
straight. When it was restored it was totally stripped and painted
what we were told is Mulberry and black. The paint still looks
excellent and this is an all steel vehicle. All of the stainless
and chrome is also in excellent condition. The underside is clean
and was detailed when it was restored, but this car was driven
(which is a good thing) so it is a little dirty. The exterior of
this Tudor Deluxe is beautiful and in much nicer condition than
most of the Model A's we see.
The interior was redone and restored when the vehicle was restored.
It looks beautiful. We found everything to be working on this car
and that includes gauges, speedo, and all the lights and horn. This
Model A was outfitted with blinkers front and rear along with brake
lights so you can feel safe driving it down the road.
Mechanically it is top notch!!! The 201 Cubic Inch Inline 4 starts
easy and runs fantastic. It was rebuilt when the vehicle was
restored. It has a 3 Speed manual transmission that shifts nice
with a strong clutch. The car runs and drives down the road
wonderfully. This is all sitting on a nice set of restored factory
wheels with newer Model A reproduction tires. This is a really nice
Model A Tudor Deluxe that will make the next owner proud to
own.
