Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of Atlanta is proud to represent this 1986
Jaguar XJS! The Jaguar XJS is a luxury grand tourer manufactured
and marketed by British car manufacturer Jaguar Cars from 1975 to
1996, in coup, fixed-profile and full convertible body styles. From
July 1981, the XJ-S was renamed the XJ-S HE and received the new
High-Efficiency V12 engine for much better fuel economy. With the
"Fire Ball" combustion chamber designed by Swiss Engineer Michael
May, power output was increased as a by-product to 295 hp or 263 hp
in North America. This particular XJS is powered by a 5.3L V12
backed by an automatic transmission. Finished in Cirrus Grey over a
Tan Leather interior, this plush and pampered example of an '86 XJS
looks and performs as it should. With a recent tune up prior to
consignment, this beast is ready to roll! Additional features
include Air Conditioning, Cruise Control, Power Brakes, Power
Steering, Power Windows, and Tilt Steering Wheel! In the market for
a classic daily driver? This eloquent 1986 Jaguar XJS fits the
bill!
