Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is proud to present this
well-executed "C10 to K10 Conversion" 1985 Chevrolet C10. The
original drivetrain has been replaced with a completely new setup.
The engine is now a high performance 383 CID Stroker V8, which is
equipped with a massive 4BBL double-pumper carb, aluminum heads,
HEI ignition, serpentine belt driven accessory kit, and coated long
tube headers. A giant aluminum radiator helps the powerful 383
running cool. Behind the potent stroker is a built GM TH350 3-speed
automatic, which is augmented by an auxiliary trans cooler. The 4X4
conversion continued with the addition of the transfer case, 4.10
gears, a Moser performance rear differential cover, locking front
hubs, a CPP 4-wheel disc brake conversion, a 3-inch body/4-inch
suspension Rough Country lift kit package, Blue Lake Offroad custom
front and rear bumpers, a massive light bar equipped with a KC
Highlights auxiliary lighting system, 17 inch Fuel aluminum wheels,
and a new set of 37x13.00-17LT Super Swamper Bogger tires with
3-stage lugs. This truck's muscular sound comes courtesy of its
custom Flowmaster dual exhaust system, which is properly tucked out
of the way of off-road hazards. Inside the cab, occupants will be
greeted by a billet aluminum trimmed dash with a 3-gauge cluster,
matching billet aluminum door trim, fresh carpet, door panels, and
new synthetic leather seating. Overhead, a custom headliner
provides 4 stereo speakers, and a nacelle for the console-mounted
AM/FM/CD head unit, so everyone gets equally pounded by the tunes
