Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars Houston Showroom is proud to present this
brilliant two tone, Downs body, 1933 Ford 3 window coupe. This
road-ready Ford 3-window coupe was built for both show and go,
giving you everything you would want in a hot rod. With its
gorgeous fiberglass body, the real breath-taker is the stunning
two-tone paint job this hot rod sports. On top is a magnificent
pearl white that sits over a bright golden yellow pearl paint job,
is guaranteed to attract tons of attention at the car shows you'll
be taking it to! Lurking under the hood of this beauty is a high
performance 383 CID stroker V8, which is topped by a Holly 750
double pumper. Backing the potent 383 is a performance-built 700R4
4-speed automatic transmission. Coated shorty headers feed the
exhaust into the DynoMax muffler-equipped dual exhaust, making this
slick little rod sound just right. Its custom Outlaw chassis
utilizes a Heidts independent front suspension with fully
adjustable coil-overs, Mustang rack and pinion steering, a 9"
Currie rear end with coil-overs, and 4-wheel Wilwood disc brakes
with stainless steel lines. The American Racing Torque Thrust
aluminum wheels at each corner help show off the Wilwood calipers,
and with 20" units out back and 17" units up front, it really
delivers that hot rod stance. Low profile performance radials at
each corner help take advantage of the sophisticated suspension.
Making your way inside through the shaved suicide doors, the first
thing you will notice is how crisp the inside of the vehicle looks.
Its custom dash has been painted to match the exterior paint
scheme, and it houses a complete set of vintage styled AutoMeter
gauges to keep the driver fully informed. The Vintage Air HVAC
controls fall easily to hand, as does the Lokar shifter. There is
plenty of custom brushed aluminum, and that sparkling chromed tilt
steering column and its leather wrapped billet steering wheel
further enhance the look. Sitting on those supportive tan leather
seats will remind you that this is a modernized hot rod and
listening to the sounds that the roof console-mounted multimedia
head unit puts out (including through the speakers in the
headrests), you'll be quite pleased with your choice to put this
baby in your garage! Up above and ahead of you in the overhead
console, you'll discover the mini-LCD display for the DVDs that the
head unit can play - if your passenger isn't entertained enough by
your driving, that is. Additional features on this 1933 Ford
3-window coupe include Air Conditioning, AM/FM/CD/DVD entertainment
system, Leather interior, Power Locks, Power Windows, Radial Tires,
Seat Belts, and Tilt Steering Wheel.
