Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to nicely done
1966 Ford Bronco. The Ford Bronco was born to be a success as it
was catering to a rapidly growing market that needed a off-roader
with a bit of power and everyday usability and on the other hand it
was the brainchild of Donald N. Frey, the man responsible for the
iconic Mustang. The Bronco's boxy figure and iconic design stand
out with the bright baby blue and white exterior color. Gone is
it's the original six-cylinder engine and in its place is a 289CID
V-8 crate engine from Blueprint engines, with a Holley Sniper fuel
injection system and exhaling through a recently installed dual
exhaust system that allows you to hear the engine howl. A new set
of Wilwood power disc brakes in all four corners help stop all the
power. The modifications come in the form of a vintage-look
Bluetooth stereo system with Kicker speakers provides a way to
listen to some good tunes the right way. The Vintage ir A/C system
also blends in well with the interior of the vehicle and provides a
pleasant driving experience on a hot day summer day drive. The body
of this Bronco is uncut and rides high off the ground thanks to a
set of 33-inch tires and 15-inch American Racing polished
Bullet-hole wheels adding onto its vintage persona. There is also a
full-size spare wheel at the rear. A 5-speed manual transmission
and transfer case send the power where you desire, and locking hubs
are on hand too. This legendary vehicle is special and sports a few
surprises to make it stand out further.
