New to our Pleasanton showroom is this outstanding 1966 Chevrolet
C10 Stepside 2 Door Pickup with red exterior paint and a custom tan
leather interior. This pristine show truck has been rebuilt from
the ground up with a brand new 6.0 liter, LS2 V-8 engine paired to
a 4L65E automatic transmission and torque converter, Sitting on
Corvette independent front and rear with new Hiem joint
caster/camber/toe-rod adjustable suspension and sway bar links by
Paul Newman, a new cooling system with a Ron Davis radiator and
fans, plus all new wiring, exhaust, steering system, Vintage heat
and air, Continental tires, Wilwood master, booster, proportioning
valve and Corvette disc brakes, and new doors, windows, and
glass.
This 1966 Chevrolet C10 Stepside Pickup appears in like-new
condition throughout with a mere 516 miles on the complete
restoration. All work is highly documented and photographed as well
so there's simply no guesswork on this outstanding classic.
Painstakingly Restored w/ 516 Total Miles on the Build
The current owner of this 1966 Chevrolet C10 Stepside Pickup
acquired it in 2008 as the 4th lifetime owner and he informs us
that this classic is originally from Sacramento, California. This
pristine pickup underwent a multi-year frame off restoration
beginning in 2019 with show quality paint. Every inch of the body
was restored to perfection before adding new doors, glass, and trim
all the way around. Likewise, the drivetrain and custom suspension
are all new, and all wiring, cooling, etc. has been replaced as
well to put this example in a class all its own. You'll also find
Dakota digital gauges, a custom Sony stereo system, Vintage Air, a
fully custom interior and simply too much more to list in this
incredibly high end build.
Additionally, this 1966 Chevrolet C10 Stepside Pickup is truly
show-ready with a finished modern engine compartment that's as
clean as we've seen on the open market. Out on the open road, this
incredible classic pickup has no modern equal with tremendous
