Vehicle Description
Gateway Classic Cars of San Antonio/Austin is proud to present this
1989 Chrysler TC by Maserati Convertible. Chrysler's TC by Maserati
is a jointly developed car by Chrysler and Maserati. It was
positioned as a grand tourer and introduced at the 1986 Los Angeles
Auto Show. It is a "Q" body built on a modified second generation
Chrysler K platform. After two years of development delays, the TC
became available in late-1988 and a total of 7,300 units were
manufactured in Milan, Italy through 1990. Walking around this
example one should notice the detachable hard top with circular,
beveled-glass opera windows with a six-point latching system and a
manually operated cloth lined convertible top. This TC sports the
yellow exterior paired with the Ginger leather interior. This
unique Chrysler provides comfort when cruising with air
conditioning, an AM/FM radio, leather seats, power brakes, power
steering, power locks, power windows, seat belts, radial tires,
tilt steering wheel, and anti-lock brakes. Powering this '89 is
claimed to be a 2.2L Inline 4-cylinder turbocharged engine mated to
the A413 three-speed automatic transaxle transmission. The current
owner has enjoyed this convertible for about 4 years and is ready
to allow it into another collection. If you are looking for a
unique classic convertible, this one should get some attention
while cruising.
