hand at making coupe utility vehicle following the success of
Ford's Ranchero. As all successes go there is always another that
wants a piece of the pie. With that said it wasn't long until Chevy
unveiled the El Camino and it was an instant hit selling more its
first year than the Ranchero did in its first year, 2 years prior.
The El camino would see 5 generations spanning nearly 25 years!
Here we have a '64 model and wow does she pull your eye. The Azure
Aqua paint looks sharp and the matching interior is also in good
order. Under the hood is a spirited 283ci V8 with power running
down through a 4-speed manual transmission. The car runs and drives
very good and shifts with a breeze. The current owner has had her
for over a year and acquired from a private owner. He installed
Wilwood disc brakes in the front and added American Racing Wheels.
