Gateway Classic Cars of Las Vegas is pleased to present for
consideration this 1980 MG MGB Roadster in Black with Black Vinyl
Interior. The mileage showing on the odometer is 40,415. The MGB
was produced by the British Motor Corporation and later under the
British Leyland Corporation from 1962-1980 with this example being
the final production year model. The MGB was unique for being the
first car to be made utilizing a unitary body design compared to
the body on frame design in use at the time. This helped keep
weight down and strength high in body rigidity. It featured
standard roll up windows a comfortable cockpit with plenty of leg
room. It was also the first model to incorporate body crumple
zones. Its powered by an 1.8 Liter four cylinder mated up to a 4
speed manual transmission. The peppy little power plant was able to
yield 25 mpg overall while delivering a spirited ride. Interior is
black vinyl with a classic MG shift knob taking care of the shifts
matched to toggles and chrome rings for look that harks back to the
swinging 60's Days of London. Step in and step back to groovier
time. It can be seen in greater detail including 100+ HD pictures
