This is a gorgeous example of a 1971 Skylark convertible that has been tastefully cloned into a GS. It retains its numbers matching motor and drivetrain and started out as an extremely solid car.
The frame, floors, and trunk are original and excellent without any patches.
The body is nearly flawless and is all metal without any signs of repairs or body filler. This car was restored several years ago and the paint shines like glass and looks like it’s an inch thick!
The interior and top are in excellent condition. A modern radio and speakers were added to allow you to connect your phone via Bluetooth.
The best thing about this car is the way it drives. There aren’t any rattles or squeaks, and it cruises on the highway at 70 like it just came from the showroom floor! We wouldn’t hesitate to drive this car across the country.
