1972 Mercury Cougar XR7 finished in Bright Red paint. Paint does
show its age throughout the vehicle. This car is a TRUE XR7, 76F
body code! This is a 2-owner car, second owner purchased this in
2010. Odometer reads 66,709 miles. Powered by the 351 Cleveland V8
that is paired up with a C6 automatic transmission. Nicely equipped
with power steering, power brakes, power convertible top, MSD
ignition, and A/C. A/C has been converted and BLOWS COLD! Chrome
and brightwork in nice shape. Black vinyl bucket seat interior with
center console and automatic on the floor, seats appear to be
original. Driver's seat shows some cracking but otherwise seats in
good shape. Riding on the stock 15" wheels with Cooper Cobra
white-letter radials. There is an equalizer booster in the glovebox
that is wired to the radio, am/fm radio in working order. Wipers
and gauges are functioning also. This will come with a parade boot.
Power top works as it should, top is black vinyl with glass rear
window and fits well. Drive it as is or take it to the next
level!
