one of General Motors huge successes in the affordable big car

introduced in correlation with General Motors 50th anniversary.
Introduced as the top- of the line Bel Air model. offered as both a
two- door hard top and convertible. New distinguishing features on
the new 1958 Impala included dual headlights, a lower and longer
stance and the addition of three taillights on each side. This
striking 1958 Chevrolet Impala two-door hardtop is painted in
Anniversary Gold with a period correct tan/cream/coral striped
cloth interior. Tons of chrome, the highly sought-after Continental
Kit and fender skirts make this Impala a real head turner. Under
the hood is a 348 cubic inch V-8 with a four- barrel carburetor
which is attached to a Power Glide two-speed automatic
transmission. Comfort features include power steering, power brakes
