Gateway Classic Cars for Las Vegas is proud to present this 1970
Dodge Challenger RT. Although it lasted only five model years, the
Dodge Challenger became one of the most storied muscle car
nameplates in automotive history. The Dodge Challenger made its
debut in the fall of 1969 as a 1970 model. While it shared
Chrysler's ""E-body"" short-deck, long-hood platform with the
third-generation Plymouth Barracuda, Dodge Challenger's wheelbase
was two-inches longer, creating more interior space. This RT is
painted Ice Blue Metallic and complimented with a black interior.
Inside this car has the rally instrument cluster, am/8track and
bucket seats. According to the current owner it has gone through a
body on restoration 10 years ago. In the engine compartment is the
potent 383cu magnum matted to a 4speed A833 with a pistol grip
manual. Owner states the engine and transmission were rebuilt with
the following performance upgrades: Hooker comp headers, Edelbrock
performer intake, Mopar purple cam, roller rocker arms, sure grip
3.9 gears, electronic ignition system, 2/12 exhaust with x pipe and
to stop this monster Wilwood Dynalite pro series front disk brakes.
Don't miss the opportunity to peel down the road in this Mopar
classic.
