The atmosphere at the table in Hot Hatchland has become less and less convivial. Where the RS3 actually came up with a 'hypercatch' in 2011 itself, Ford, Mercedes and BMW went quiet for a while. The already terribly potent RS3 with 340 HP and four-wheel grip was an almost unbeatable concept. Just ask your local street deal... uh... car enthusiast!
In 2019, unfortunately, a lot was decided by the greta committee. For example, behind every potent combustion engine, there was a microfilter. For many a car enthusiast, this is synonymous with a terrible sensation killer. No more afterburner, no more roar and certainly no more intake noise from the incorrigible Audi 5 cylinders. So, just before the microfilter came to party, this 400 HP RS3 rolled off the production line.
Black, black, half leather, half alcantara, diamond stitches, all trim strips black and debossed. Panoramic roof, matrix lights, ceramic brakes, flippers and launch control. Buttons on dynamic and still enjoying the afterburner. 19 thousand kilometres, still a good year under factory guarantee. Can we see you soon?
